DROP IN CLASS FOR OUR FITNESS ON THE FARM
Select your date and time from the drop-down list and come along for an one-off fitness on the farm session.
Classes are taking place outdoors (rain or shine!) in the beautiful gardens behind the yurt.
These will be in small groups and so will offer intense, personal training. Expect a full-body, cardio style workout- using battle ropes, weights, tractor tyres and the odd straw bale.
Boost your fitness levels, increase movement abilities and burn some serious calories!
All levels welcome.
