Our grass-fed beef is sourced from local farmers we know by name, including the Chapman family near Chalfont St Giles. We dry-age our beef for up to 28 days, often more to develop the best flavour.

Grass-fed beef is not only better for us with lower saturated fats more Omega 3s, but also far better for the cows' welfare and the environment than cereal fed meat.
