The Cuvée Classic white wine is rich and complex with the focus on it being a fine wine first and foremost, a sparkling wine second to that. The colour of this wine shows its oxidative style and hints towards its ageing in neutral French oak vessels. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir (including some Pinot Meunier) and Pinot Blanc were fermented separately in both French oak and stainless steel. These separate components have come together to create a wine that is layered and full bodied, yet elegant at the same time.
