Beautifully marbled, so it stays moist and full of flavour. Slow-roast it until it falls apart for pulled pork, or roast it as a generous, juicy joint with crisp crackling – perfect for relaxed Christmas get-togethers.
All our pork comes from the Bennett family at Stockings Farm near Amersham, just a few miles from us. They rear free-range, rare breed pigs outdoors on their 130-acre family farm, slowly and to the highest welfare standards, for wonderfully succulent, flavourful meat.
