Our butchers roll and tie the loin by hand, so it cooks evenly and slices neatly at the table. Lean, tender meat with a ring of crackling – an easy, elegant Christmas roast.
All our pork comes from the Bennett family at Stockings Farm near Amersham, just a few miles from us. They rear free-range, rare breed pigs outdoors on their 130-acre family farm, slowly and to the highest welfare standards, for wonderfully succulent, flavourful meat.
