Our grass-fed lamb is sourced from Stockings Farm close to Amersham, where the Bennett family rear their flocks on open pasture. Free to roam and graze naturally, the lamb develops its flavour slowly and beautifully - resulting in tender, characterful meat with true depth and provenance.
